The material bucket dismantling and stacking robot designed by Trumen Company is applied in pharmaceutical production lines. It is a single axis double column lifting truss robot that can transport material buckets up and down, achieving automatic dismantling and stacking of material buckets.

Overall plan and layout

The main structure of the overall equipment is welded with Q235A steel. The single axis handling truss robot consists of a Z-axis and clamps. The double column lifting truss robot consists of a Z-axis, fork claws, and columns. The Z-axis is driven by a variable frequency motor to form a planetary reducer, synchronous belt, and clamp mechanism. The lifting fixture is customized, and the robotic arm can lift the bracket and material bucket together.
