This article introduces the 5.5 ton load anode plate feeding truss manipulator designed and manufactured by Trumen Company.
1. Function Description
The feeding truss robot can automatically grab the anode plates (12 pieces per group, a total of 4 groups need to be grabbed 4 times) according to predetermined instructions and transport them to the designated position. Realize unmanned feeding of anode plates and enable data exchange with existing raw material sales information systems and production control systems (MES).
2. Overall plan and layout
The overall plan consists of columns, X-axis, Z-axis, gripper, electrical control system, etc. This device operates flexibly, accurately, quickly, and efficiently, effectively improving the efficiency of anode plate feeding.
3. Workflow
(1) The RGV car sends the anode plate to the feeding truss robot and reports to the upper computer after it is in place;
(2) The upper computer issues a command, and the feeding truss robot grabs the anode plate from the RGV;
(3) After the feeding truss robot moves the anode plate to the designated position, it reports to the upper computer;
(4) The feeding truss robot detects whether the electrolytic workshop conveyor line can unload;
(5) After the unloading of the truss robot is completed, report to the upper computer (RGV 4 groups of 48 pieces per vehicle, unloading 1 group of 12 pieces each time, a total of 4 times);
