The XYZ axis of the robotic arm adopts a traditional coordinate walking method, which can increase the overall rigidity of the equipment and expand the working range. The Z-axis is connected to the electric spindle to mill holes on the workpiece. The front and rear ends of the equipment are transported by roller conveyor lines, and the entire process is unmanned.

According to the equipment requirements, dust removal suction ports are installed at specific locations on the processing site, and the control system automatically controls the start and stop of the dust removal system to ensure the stability of the equipment processing technology and the cleanliness of the environment. At the same time, the dust removal system includes a filtering device, which can easily and quickly clean the filtered dust when it reaches a certain amount.
