Project Background

In the application of truss robots, handling and palletizing functions are common applications in the industrial field. The palletizing truss robot can automatically transport and neatly stack products, and this process is called palletizing, stacking, etc. In order to improve the high labor intensity, low work efficiency, and high cost of material frame palletizing, customer enterprises need to use palletizing truss robotic arms to achieve automatic disassembly and palletizing of material frames, improve production efficiency, and save labor costs for the enterprise. This article introduces the dismantling and palletizing truss manipulator designed by Trumen Company.

Product features

The palletizing truss robotic arm can grab and transport material frames to designated positions for palletizing, as well as pick up material frames from palletizing positions for palletizing, achieving automatic palletizing and improving the operation and production efficiency of the entire palletizing system.

Design Proposal

Based on customer needs, Trumen designs a suitable palletizing robotic arm based on actual conditions and considering the current usage requirements of the enterprise. Through basic data analysis (such as material size and weight, production pace, on-site space conditions, etc.), the overall solution consists of vertical columns, X axis, Y axis, Z axis, gripper, electrical control system, etc. Adopting PLC technology, network communication technology, sensor detection technology, etc., to achieve automated and intelligent palletizing methods.

1. Large operating range, large travel range of palletizing truss manipulator, capable of long-distance handling and palletizing operations;
