This device adds a rotating axis on the basis of the traditional X/Y/Z three-axis, achieving arbitrary angle adjustment of the coil material in space. By driving the gear rack transmission through a servo motor, the robotic arm can transport coil materials along a preset curve trajectory, reducing the impact of emergency stops and starts on the equipment.

Set up safety barriers around the working area of the robotic arm. When personnel or objects enter the danger zone, the robotic arm will automatically stop and sound an alarm. The manipulator console is equipped with an emergency stop button and is linked to the workshop safety door to ensure quick shutdown in emergency situations.

The truss robot is deeply integrated into the production process of laminated rolls, from material grabbing and buffering to material loading on the composite machine, achieving unmanned operation throughout the entire process. The robotic arm precisely adsorbs or clamps the film roll through the end effector, quickly transferring it from the raw material area to the buffer position, avoiding the shutdown of the laminating machine due to waiting for loading; When the laminating machine sends out a demand signal, the robotic arm immediately grabs the film roll from the buffer position, places it on the feeding end with millimeter level accuracy, and triggers the laminating machine to start, completing the seamless connection of "grabbing buffer feeding". This closed-loop process not only eliminates the randomness of manual operations, but also compresses the loading and unloading time of a single roll to within minutes, significantly improving the overall operational efficiency of the production line.

The structural design of the truss robot balances strength and flexibility: high-strength steel truss and precision gear rack transmission system ensure deformation resistance under heavy loads; Modular guide rail and slider components reduce motion friction and extend equipment lifespan; The R-axis rotation function allows the robotic arm to adjust the film roll angle and adapt to the feeding posture requirements of different composite machines. In addition, the robotic arm is equipped with force control sensors and a visual calibration system, which can sense the grasping force in real time and automatically correct the position deviation. Even when facing thin film materials with smooth or easily deformed surfaces, it can achieve "light grasping and stable placement".
